Speaker 1: True, I should try that. I barely see my family these days.
Speaker 2: Balance takes practice. Start with one or two evenings a week where you leave on time, no matter what.
Speaker 1: Sounds reasonable. I’d like my weekends to feel like weekends again.
Speaker 2: Exactly. Work will still be there on Monday. Looking after yourself matters just as much.
