Always Tired

It’s time to share my story.

My name is Emma, and I want to talk about something many of us experience – feeling always tired.

Between my job, family responsibilities, and trying to find time for myself, it’s hard to catch a break. I often find myself running on caffeine and little sleep, struggling to keep up with everything on my plate.

I know I’m not alone in this, and it’s essential to recognize that feeling exhausted all the time is not healthy. It’s okay to admit that we need a break and that we can’t do it all.

I’ve started to prioritize self-care and set boundaries to avoid burnout. Taking short breaks during work, spending time with loved ones, and doing things I enjoy has made a significant difference in my energy levels and overall well-being.

If you’re feeling the same way, remember that you are not alone, and it’s okay to ask for help. Taking care of ourselves is not selfish; it’s necessary for us to function at our best.
