Last summer, I volunteered at a local food bank. Every Saturday, I helped sort donations and pack boxes for families in need. At first, I joined because I had free time, but I quickly realized how much I enjoyed helping. I met people from different backgrounds, and we worked together with one goal—supporting our neighbors. Sometimes the work was tiring, but the smiles from those receiving food made it worthwhile. Volunteering showed me that even small efforts can create real change in a community.
